I build AI governance infrastructure, people analytics platforms, and HR technology that turns messy organizational data into defensible decisions. Twenty years of senior HR leadership. 23 provisional patents. One published book.
Designed and built DecisionLedger AI from the ground up: 291 decision models across 10 domains, with the deepest libraries in benefits, total rewards, and HR, grounded in 38 decision-science methods (MCDA, Monte Carlo, Bayesian, TOPSIS, AHP, and more). Shipped a full AI-governance stack covering agent registry, kill switches, governance gates, SHAP explainability, and automated four-fifths adverse-impact monitoring for EEOC, OFCCP, and NYC LL144. Every decision is cryptographically hash-chained into immutable S3 Object Lock audit logs, mapped to EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and SOC 2. MCP-native Claude integration, 150+ connectors, a 7-stage decision lifecycle, and board governance round out the platform. Published the companion book Who Decided? and filed 23 provisional patents.
Stood up a Microsoft Fabric medallion architecture with semantic models and ingestion pipelines feeding executive Power BI reporting across the organization. Built a broad portfolio of workforce and benefits models, including compensation benchmarking across 129 roles, pay equity, headcount planning, retention, and total-rewards analytics, and authored Data Governance Policy v2.0 closing eight critical gap areas. Deployed an AI HR assistant that cut support ticket volume 30%.
Led end-to-end UKG implementation covering Performance, LMS, Onboarding, Benefits, ACA, BI, and Documents. Drove a Kaiser-to-Anthem medical transition saving the company $2M+ across 2024 and 2025 while cutting employee premiums roughly 30%. Built UiPath automations and Power BI dashboards eliminating 600 annual labor hours, and deployed an NLP HR support assistant that cut ticket volume 30 to 40%.
Led the compensation project from inception across multiple state subsidiaries of SJW Group, building a national comp philosophy, grades, ranges, and a merit matrix under SOX compliance. Stood up the Talent Review Committee for workforce planning, implemented Cornerstone for learning, performance, succession, and recruiting, and launched a Jira-based HR service desk. Overhauled recruiting and onboarding, lifting offer acceptance 40%.
Every model is grounded in established decision science (39 methods, not black boxes) and runs inside a governed, audited pipeline. HR & People and Benefits & Total Rewards are the deepest part of the library: 98 of the 297 models. Click any domain to expand its full model list.
A practical framework for organizations putting AI into consequential people decisions: how to make them, how to defend them to regulators and boards, and how to learn from outcomes. The companion text to the DecisionLedger AI governance platform.
